With over 27 years of experience, implementing and developing programs, supporting documentation and curriculum, and working with schools on projects and classroom designs, Rosalba has a long relationship with communities and educators in professional learning. Collaborating and working from a place of vision and values; focusing on building strong relationships, nurturing dispositions that can support educators, leaders, and other educational professionals in the day to day practice is essential.

Our first meeting with you is through a conversation and exchange of information in order for us to understand the context in relation to the values, vision and projects that we are working on. We continue to work in ways to include dialogues, meetings, to better understand visions and sustain current research.

Working closely with a vision that continues to support your own organization is important to engage others to be inclusive, be part of a learning community, creating a culture of compassion, curiosity, investigations, innovative approaches, continued research, kindness and professional relationships.

Since the COVID 19 protocols for gathering restrictions, we continue to offer live broadcasting webinars with innovative virtual tours of the Studio. There is the opportunity to continue with consulting and training as well during the virtual visits. Most webinars/in person engagements are 1.5-2 hours for one or some workshops include a series that operate 2-10sessions. These sessions will consist of ongoing collaboration between sessions through social media and/or in person.
